Kurdish cuisine is characterized mainly by fresh ingredients. Fresh herbs and various seasonal vegetables as well as lamb and chicken are the main ingredients of Kurdish cuisine. This is exactly where we dock as Tenur and add a pinch of love in the preparation of the dishes. By the way, Tenur is the Kurdish word for clay oven, in which especially the Tenur bread, which we add to almost all dishes, is freshly baked.
